The tenant is a tenant borrowing a house under the sell-and-lease agreement. Generally, in the shopping center and the department store or the building in a good place of the traffic access of the downtown area or the station square, the tenant of the commerce store tends to enter it, and a dining room / a restaurant, a coffee shop, a fashion shop, goods shop tend to enter it.
